SHIPPING
Shipping outside our service area is available by UPS or FEDEX at standard shipping rates.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

How It Works:
✅ Step 1: Choose your mum package and submit a non-refundable deposit (minimum 50% of total cost).
✅ Step 2: Pay the remaining balance in installments leading up to pickup day.
✅ Step 3: Full payment is due one week before pickup (no later than the Tuesday before Homecoming Friday).
Payment Breakdown Example:
📆 Initial Deposit: 50% due at time of order
📆 Second Payment: Flexible, based on customer preference (weekly, biweekly, etc.)
📆 Final Payment: Due one week before pickup
